Working with us
Experience of teaching children with additional needs is crucial, however each member of staff will be given appropriate training in autism, SAFE and the SPELL framework during an induction process.
There is more information on these pages about paid and voluntary opportunities, but if you have a specialism that you want to share, please don't hesitate to get in contact with us
We always have space for another pair of hands to help at SAFE. Please get in touch if you are able to offer your time and support. The following list is not conclusive but shows the areas of learning and charity duties in which we need most help:
Animal Therapy Support
Learning Support Assistance
Please download our application form for volunteering here.
At SAFE we rely heavily on volunteers and the good-will of special people. We thank you for considering volunteering and of course, thank all the staff at SAFE for their time, compassion and dedication.
